CANCELATION POLICY

We reserved your appointment time just for you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 48-hours notice so that we can schedule another client and keep our service provider booked.

Appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 100% of the total services canceled. No shows or those canceling within 24 hours of any appointment will be charged 100% of the total services canceled. The charges will be applied to the form of payment used to confirm your appointment or deducted from your current session total.

LATE POLICY

To respect all of our clients and staff, including the ones who may be scheduled after your appointment, we encourage our clients to be prepared 5-10 minutes early for their session. This will allow our clients to comfortably make their appointment on time and fill out important paperwork as well as be sure they are ready to exercise without interruption for the duration of the scheduled session time. Late appointments will end at their original scheduled time and will be billed for their original length of time. Clients who arrive later than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment are considered as a “no show” and will be considered a late cancelation as subject to our cancelation policy. As a common courtesy, we ask that you call us should your plans change.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are nonrefundable from the time of purchase.

GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, PACKAGES, AND MEMBERSHIPS POLICY

All sales are nonrefundable from the time of purchase. Gift cards, gift certificates, packages expire 8 weeks after the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Gift cards and gift certificates may be transferred to another holder provided that the original purchaser calls us to validate the transfer, however, the expiration date cannot be extended. Packages cannot be transferred and must be used by the original purchaser or designated recipient at the time of purchase. Gift cards and gift certificates should be treated as cash, but can be reissued in the form of an emailed gift certificate. Clients redeeming any of these products should call or email at the time of booking and also inform their trainer in the beginning of the appointment. Clients redeeming a gift card or gift certificate should bring these items with them on the day of the appointment either electronically on their phones for display, or printed out.
